This admit card is released for both theory and practical examinations. And, students are advised to download the AP Inter Hall Ticket 2021 from the website of AP- BIE, bie.ap.gov.in.

The development comes after the state reeling under Covid 19 pandemic clocked more than 15,000 cases on Monday. &nbsp; 
Issuing the guidelines, Thackeray-led Maharashtra government in its new notification asked all offices in the state (private and government) to function at 50 per cent capacity. Moreover, the government has asked offices to allow their employees to work from home as long as possible. &nbsp;

However, health and other essential services have been exempted to ensure that the citizens get essential supplies to stay at their homes. &nbsp; 
Informing about the same PIB Maharashtra tweeted, " Please find latest order of Government of Maharashtra regarding Easing of Restrictions and Phase-wise opening of Lockdown. (MISSION BEGIN AGAIN)."

-Mall Management has been asked to ensure that theatres and restaurants or any other establishments on the premises adhere to the new guidelines. &nbsp;

As students gear up for CBSE exams 2021,&nbsp;there are certain points that the students need to remember before appearing for their board examinations. They are as follows:&nbsp;

1) CBSE stated that the total number of subjects for class 10 students is 75 while for class 12 it is 111.&nbsp;&nbsp;

2) This year, the CBSE board exams will take place in offline mode.&nbsp;&nbsp;

3) The CBSE has announced that for class 10, the exams will be held in one shift from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.&nbsp;&nbsp;

4) In case of class 12, the exams will be held in two shifts. One from 10.30 a.am. to 1.30 p.m. and another one from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. As per CBSE, exams will be held for four days in the second shift. In order to maintain the COVID-19 safety protocols, the exam datasheet has been prepared in such a way that there is a limited number of students at the examination&nbsp;centre&nbsp;for a shift.&nbsp;&nbsp;

5) No school staffs who were on duty in the morning shift will not be given duty for the afternoon shift.&nbsp;&nbsp;

6) For the morning shift, students will be given the answer sheets between 10 to 10.15 a.m.&nbsp;&nbsp;

7) As for the afternoon shift, students will receive the answer sheets between 2 to 2.15 p.m.&nbsp;&nbsp;

8) The students will get a time of 15 minutes to go through the question paper.&nbsp;&nbsp;

9) The students will have to fill their details in the answer book and get it signed by the assistant superintendent, following which the students can start writing the answers.&nbsp;&nbsp;

10) In its notification, CBSE has also stated that the schools will be allowed to conduct the internal assessments/ practical examinations/ project works for classes 10 and 12 from March 1, 2021.&nbsp;

7th Pay Commission latest news today: After implementing 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission report) last year, the Tamil Nadu government has been announcing welfare measures for the state government employees to match with the pay and perks of the seventh pay commission approved for the central government employees. Either it's enhancing the retirement age from 58 to 59 or any other 7th CPC perks, Chief Minister K Palaniswami has been pro-active in implementing the benefits.

The latest announcement in this regard is hiking the retirement age to 60 from existing 59 years. The Tamil Nadu government today enhanced the retirement age of its employees, including teachers and PSU staff, to 60 years. Chief Minister K Palaniswami who raised the retirement age of government employees by a year, made an announcement in the Assembly under rule 110 that the increase will apply to all serving government employees including government and aided educational institutions, PSUs and local bodies, and those who retire on May 31, 2021.

He said that there are certain key intermediates for the agrobusiness which come from China. It is not available in India and is therefore imported from China. He said that the export to China is greater which is favourable for the company and the country in terms of trade balance.&nbsp;

The company has already exported worth Rs 180 cr. The endeavour is now to reduce reliance on Chinese imports.&nbsp;

The company has also increased its focus on Research and Development (R&amp;D) with 3 centres at present.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

He added that both are equal sovereign countries, adding that India doesn't 'consider itself as the boss'. Speaking on Prime Minister Narendra Modi he said that 'PM Modi believes in equal relations but when I say that I am the Prime Minister equal to Modiji, people feel bad'.

-"Nepal will not let anyone use our land and sky in the fight against anybody," stated PM Oli.

-The Nepal PM also said, "We do not use the India-China dispute for our benefit and don't play cards against each other. We keep a balanced relationship." Speaking on India-China border tension, he said, "Nepal can mediate between India and China. It will be Nepal's loss if there is tension between India and China. We want peace and development."

-Referring to the 8th edition of the India map, PM Oli said: "it did not go well with Nepal, we also submitted our diplomatic note, but there was no positive response." "In the politics of nations, our policy is the 'Politics of Neutrality'. We would like to remain neutral between the two neighbours," he said.

-On the question of PM Modi being elder to him, as he is 70 years old, while PM Oli is 68 years old, the latter said, "Personally, he is older than us, but when two prime ministers sit, the two prime ministers will sit, not the big or small prime minister. Rather, the prime ministers of the two nations will sit."

-There are many Prime Ministers and Presidents in the world who are very young. They were not even born when we came into politics. Even though they are young in age, they are President, whether they belong to a big nation or a small nation. As a President, he will have an equal relationship with every President, he will also have an equal relationship with the Prime Minister or the Head of the government: PM Oli

-On the popular sentiments in India that after the India-China border dispute, Nepal took a neutral stand rather than showed its softness towards China. Oli said, "We have nothing to do with Galvan episode between India and China. Both the nations are are my neighbour."

7th Pay Commission latest news today (7th CPC): It is nothing short of a Diwali gift well ahead of the festival for government employees to bring some festive cheer into their homes. In a big boost for these government employees just ahead of the festival season, an announcement has been made regarding a pay hike. The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to give special festival package to state government employees. In a Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath led cabinet meeting, approval was given to this special package. &nbsp;According to the statement made by the state government, this facility will be provided to all state government employees. This facility will last till March 31, 2021. Under this facility, the advance given to government employees will be totally interest free. This decision will cost state exchequer around Rs 1,000 cr.

According to the information provided by the state government, this advance amount will be disbursed among the government employees through State Bank of India (SBI). The state government employees will have to return the advance amount of Rs 10,000 in 10 easy installments.

Not just this, the state cabinet has also decided to give special cash package to government employees in place of LTC.

The Supreme Court today asked all parties to file their replies on the affidavit submitted by the Centre on the loan moratorium issue within a week. The apex court will next hear the case on 13 October 2020. The court also said that the issue related to real estate associations and others should also be heard. &nbsp;

Not satisfied with their responses, SC noted that no circulars or directives have been issued either by the Centre or the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on implementation of decisions. It also observed that the Kamath Committee report was also not produced before the court. The SC bench directed the banking regulator to file an affidavit in a week’s time and also include the committee report. &nbsp;

The top court has sought specific reply from the Centre on the recommendations by Kamat Committee, which have been accepted and also queried, as to "how many of them have been put in the public domain?"

The top court while hearing the matter said that the petitioners have alleged that the Central Government’s affidavit does not mention about implementation of many issues.&nbsp;

The real estate association Credai went on to say that the data given by Centre in its affidavit were without any basis. &nbsp;

The SC said that the Centre and RBI should pass clear orders for people to know what benefits they are getting. The next hearing on this case is scheduled on 13 October. &nbsp;

A bench headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan gave one week to the Centre to file an additional affidavit in the matter clarifying the implementation of the Kamat Committee recommendations.

The bench observed that the Kamat Committee recommendations and follow up action on individual sectors has also not been placed before it. 
The bench said "Why was it not placed before us?"

Banks at a loss due to delays&nbsp;

Senior Counsel Harish Salve who appeared for Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) today said that the banks are incurring losses because of the delays on this matter. He urged the court to adjourn the case only for the purpose of filing replies by the affected parties and this period should not be more than 2-3 days.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

The RBI Counsel V. Giri today argued that people were getting adversely affected due to interest on interest. There should be more suggestions on this and the court must take cognisance of this.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Relaxations likely on interest on interest:&nbsp;

The Centre in an affidavit informed the Supreme Court that it has taken a decision to waive "interest on interest" on loans up to Rs 2 crore during the six-month moratorium period.

The categories of loans up to Rs 2 crore include: MSME loans, education loans, housing loans, consumer durable loans, credit card dues, auto loans, personal loans to professional and consumption loans.

The government is planning to give benefits even to those who have not availed the facility of loan moratorium. The Finance Ministry may introduce a cashback facility. The government may also give compensation to those MSMEs who have paid timely EMIs for loans up to Rs 2. The government is planning to do this to reward people who have paid their EMIs on time and bring them at par with those who have availed this scheme.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Cinema operators on Wednesday welcomed the government's guideline permitting opening of cinemas, theatres and multiplexes with up to 50 per cent of their seating capacity from October 15.

The Multiplex Association of India (MAI) said it would ensure a safe, secure and hygienic cinema going experience for the people.

"MAI wholeheartedly welcomes the decision by Government of India allowing cinemas to reopen across the country starting October 15, 2020. Millions of movie lovers, employees of the cinema exhibition sector, along with the entire film industry were eagerly awaiting this announcement," MAI said in a statement.

The Union Home Ministry on Wednesday issued new guidelines for permitting more activities in areas outside the containment zones that include opening cinemas, theatres and multiplexes with up to 50 per cent of their seating capacity from October 15.

On his company’s operations, Kanani said that Neogen has been working in full capacity from the last year, itself. It started doubling the production capacity during the last year and has already doubled its Lithium molecules capacity by February this year. The work is ongoing in doubling the capacity of Bromine, which is an organic derivative and used in the pharma sector. &nbsp;

It is expected to get doubled by Q4 of 2020-21, he added.&nbsp;

The company is already in touch with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies in relation to product development, which will start once the capacity enhancement work is completed, he said.&nbsp;

An alumnus from IIT Bombay, Kanani went on to complete his doctorate from the US. He said that the decision to come back to India was inspired from his father, who had set up a dedicated indigenous plant.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Speaking on the Orient Refractories shares, Sethi said, "Company's fundamentals are very strong as its Return on Capital (ROC) is 27 per cent, Operating Profit margin is 17 per cent, promoters' holdings in the company are at 67 per cent while DIIs hold near 18 per cent shares in it that they have increased in the recently ended June quarter. I recommend investors to buy this counter at around Rs 210 for the target of Rs 220."

On his second cash segment pick Sethi told Anil Singhvi, "My second stock pick from cash market is Ingersoll Rand. It is available at a very discounted price and its fundamentals are very strong. Its dividend yield is at 44 per cent, Return on Capital (ROC) is at 22 per cent, DIIs hold 10.5 per cent shares of the company and promoters have enhanced their holding in the company from 74 per cent in March quarter to 79 per cent in June quarter. It's a zero debt company and one can buy Ingersoll Rand shares at current Rs 690 levels for the short-term target of Rs 725."
