<p>Extremely severe cyclonic storm hit Odisha this morning, leading to heaving rain and thunderstorm in most regions of the state. Many companies, OMCs, government and railways are working together for evacuation and saving lives in stressed regions of Odisha, Kolkata and Andhra Pradesh. Many trains have already been cancelled. Not only that, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) have cancelled all flights operating to or from Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar for at least midnight of May 03. Apart from this, flights operating from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata have been cancelled between 9.30 pm on May 03 to 6.00 pm next day. Following which, airliners like SpiceJet, Indigo, Air India, GoAir and Vistara have been directing passengers about their cancelled flights via Twitter accounts. Some are even offering full waiver on cancellation charges. It needs to be noted that, airlines reserve the right to cancel their flights. This comes due to various reasons such as severe weather conditions, shortage of flights, cash crunch and lessor crews. Here’s how you can cancel or change your flight tickets:</p>
