US consumer prices increase moderately in November amid fall in gasoline and used cars cost

In the 12 months through November, the CPI climbed 7.1%. That was the smallest advance since December 2021 and followed a 7.7% rise in October. The annual CPI peaked at 9.1% in June, which was the biggest increase since November 1981.

Retail inflation rises to 7.41% in September on costlier food items, remains above RBI's tolerance level for 9th month

Official data released on Wednesday showed that the retail inflation based on Consumer Price Index (CPI) was at 7.41 per cent in September. It was at 7 per cent in August and 4.35 per cent in September 2021.
