Private airliner GoAir on Thursday announced the start of daily flights connecting Indore to Delhi, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru. The new flights will start from December 20. The company would start one to-and-fro flight each on the Indore-Delhi, Indore-Ahmedabad and Indore-Bengaluru routes from December 20, an official from the airline was quoted as saying by PTI. He added that these non-stop flights will be operated everyday, he added. The airline is also considering the launch of new flights from Indore to Hyderabad, Varanasi and Jaipur, the official added.
Indore's Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport is the busiest airport in Madhya Pradesh, with 80 regular passenger flights of different airlines being operated every day. GoAir has been expanding its operations and had recently announced new flights from Varansi as well. GoAir said it will operate double daily flights from Varanasi to Delhi, one daily flight (excluding Sunday) to Ahmedabad and one daily flight to Bengaluru.

The airline currently operates over 325 daily flights. GoAir flies to 27 domestic destinations including Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jammu, Kochi, Kolkata, Kannur, Leh, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Port Blair, Pune, Ranchi, Srinagar and Varanasi. Goair flies to 8 international destinations, including Phuket, Male, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bangkok, Kuwait and Singapore.
