Global Capital Markets Share Price: Global Capital Markets shares' one-way rally has made investors richer by five times in a span of just 6 months. The shares of the non-banking financial company (NBFC), as per BSE data, have zoomed a whopping 510 per cent since July 2022.

As per the details available on the BSE website, Global Capital's shares that quoted Rs 5.36 apiece are now available at Rs 32.70, as per January 2 closing. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 45 in December 2022. Its 52-week low is Rs 3.79.

The massive rally of 510 per cent in the share price of the small-cap company has resulted in wealth gain for its investors.&nbsp;

Incorporated in 1989, Global Capital Markets has a market cap of Rs 81.40 crore, as per January 2 closing.

The company has informed that its board members met recently to discuss avenues for expanding the business. As per an exchange filing, the members discussed about getting into the business of Bills Discounting which would be either anchor/shipper lead model or transportation led model. These would be small ticket sized loans ranging from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 25 lakh.

"The Board is determined to diversify its loan portfolio and concentrate or retail lending so as to have margin expansion of the funds employed," the filing read.

The members also discussed about getting into financing against gold to small retail borrowers.

Venus Pipes and Tubes Share Price: 2022 was not so great for the IPO market due to global economic turmoil and geopolitical tensions that kept markets volatile. While several IPOs failed to meet investors’ expectations, a few made the headlines for beating the odds as they performed exceedingly well after listing. One among the list is Venus Pipes and Tubes. Share of the Gujarat-based company have turned out to be one of the multi-bagger stocks on 2022 on the Dalal Street.

After a muted stock market debut in May 2022, share of Venus Pipes and Tubes have rallied more than 100 per cent, thus resulting in wealth gain for its investors. The company's stock quoted Rs Rs 337.50 on the NSE on listing, up 3.5 per cent from the IPO price of Rs 326. Since then, its shares have zoomed a whopping 104 per cent to double investors' money. The stock finished at Rs 724 apiece on January 3.

The company, under the brand name Venus, supplies its products for application in diverse sectors, including chemicals, engineering, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals, power, food processing, paper and oil and gas.

Ravi Singh, vice president and head of research at Share India, said that Venus Pipes shares have potential to deliver around 17 per cent return from the current level. He said that the momentum indicators and oscillators are suggesting a medium term target of Rs 790 and Rs 850.

Share India in its research report said that the company has presented strong financials in the second quarter of the current fiscal. The company reported a total income of Rs 127.373 crores during the period ended September 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 114.178 crores during the period ended June 30.

It said that the business of Venus Pipes and Tubes is well placed at this time with respect to growth and expansion of product offerings. In just 7 years, the company has managed to get on board marquee set of customers like Amul, Asian Paints, Adani group, Bharat Petroleum, Cipla, BHEL, Godrej, ITC, etc. and have proven their operational expertise to increase assets.

The company also has achieved recognition of manufacturing management certifications like ISO, IBR, BIS and TUV Nord.

Another domestic brokerage firm Nuvama Institutional Equities has also given buy rating on Venus Pipes for a target of Rs 862. It said that the company's management is confident of ramping up capacity utilisation to 70 per cent and 85 per cent by FY24 and 25E, respectively, since its existing capacity is operating at 90 per cent utilisation and demand for stainless steel tubes and pipes is strong.

It noted that the company has captured a market share of 4 per cent in stainless steel pipes and tubes and now it aims to become the third largest by market share of around 10 per cent by FY24E.

The report said that valuations are cheap for PNB as compared to an improvement in return ratio profile expected going ahead, as the bank is likely to deliver strong earnings growth and higher RoA/RoE led by healthy loan growth, margin improvement and lower credit costs.

Sharekhan also said that PNB’s balance sheet has strengthened. It has healthy Current Account Savings Accounts (CASA) share and higher liquidity. It added that the system loan growth is strong at 16-17 per cent while the bank eyes credit growth of 12-14 per cent for FY23E.

"Asset quality outlook remains strong. Lower slippages formation and healthy recoveries likely to improve asset quality further. PPoP growth should improve as loan growth accelerate, and a stable margin outlook," it said.

<h2>PNB Share Price NSE Target 2023</h2>

Sharekhan in its report said that any correction in the stock provides a good opportunity to add due to an improved business outlook.

It has maintained Buy on PNB with an unchanged price target of Rs 64.

Sharekhan said that PSU banks overall have emerged stronger after the COVID crisis. Going forward for PNB, recovery would exceed new NPA additions and existing trend of strong recoveries would likely sustain.

BNPL Vs Credit Card: Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) is gaining popularity, thanks to easy credit access. BNPL is basically a type of short-term financing wherein consumers are allowed to repay the amount within a stipulated time just like the credit card.&nbsp;

In recent times, BNPL has emerged as a credible alternative to credit card usage, largely because of the friction in online usage of credit cards (including entering card details, OTP for transactions and so on).&nbsp;

BNPL products make checkout extremely convenient, at the click of a button. Credit cards, though, were the original BNPL product, followed by some of the consumer durables loan products that offer interest free EMIs.&nbsp;

BNPLs have much lower customer scrutiny and are meant for smaller values. Most fintech BNPL credit lines are less than Rs 10,000.

To apply for a credit card, one needs to meet strict eligibility criteria. On the other hand, BNPL facilities can be availed much more easily.

The major difference between the two is that credit cards can be used with any business that accepts payment mode and the BNPL can only be used in transactions with a partner merchant.

"BNPL is democratising credit and it’s arguably easier to understand and avail. Unlike credit cards, there is no approval time and zero annual fee. The best part though, is this - your BNPL credit limit can be as high as Rs 10 lakh even without a formal credit score. The number of BNPL users in India is set to touch 100 million in less than four years," Rajat Deshpande, CEO and co-founder, FinBox, said.

While credit cards offer 50 days zero interest period, BNPL products offer 1-15 day interest free period.

Mahesh Shukla, founder and CEO, PayMe India, said that BNPL is more popular among young people who are cash-strapped and don’t possess a traditional credit card.&nbsp;

"While credit cards and other loan options involve extensive checks of a borrower’s credit history and repayment capabilities, the BNPL transactions are simple and even someone with low CIBIL score can also avail them," he said.

He, however, said that any failure or delay in repayment in BNPL attracts interest charges just like a credit card. It can impact an individual's credit score as well.

According to Rachit Chawla, founder and CEO of digital lending marketplace Finway FSC, the BNPL transactions in the country grew 21 per cent in the first half of 2022, which is significantly higher that the global growth rate of 18 per cent of the segment.&nbsp;

Globally, the BNPL market size was valued at $ 5.01 billion in 2021 and is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CGAR) of 26 per cent from 2022 to 2030.

Bharat Bond ETF&nbsp;April 2033 Returns, Maturity: The government has launched another tranche of its flagship Bharat Bond ETF (exchange-traded fund). It is India's first corporate bond exchange-traded fund. The new ETF is an 11-year product maturing in April 2033. It is referred to as Bharat Bond ETF - April 2033. The new fund offer will remain open for subscription till December 8. Edelweiss AMC is managing the Bharat Bond ETF.

Bond ETFs are a type of ETF that exclusively invests in bonds. The underlying index consists of AAA-rated public sector undertakings, meaning it will invest only in AAA-rated corporate bonds issued by state-run companies.&nbsp;

The government had launched the first offering of the ETF in 2019. Since then, the asset under management (AUM) of the ETF has crossed the Rs 50,000 crore mark. Through the fourth tranche, the government aims to raise Rs 1,000 crore. The proceeds will be used for undertaking capital expenditures by government enterprises and also helps in meeting their capital expenditure needs.

So far, five maturities of Bharat Bond ETFs have been launched -- 2023, 2025, 2030, 2031, &amp; 2032.&nbsp;

It should be noted that the Bharat Bond ETF is a target-maturity bond ETF. It means that it has defined fixed maturity and invests in bonds with a similar maturity. The new ETF will track the newly introduced Nifty BHARAT Bond Index in April 2032.

The sixth Vande Bharat Express will run between Secunderabad Railway Station in Telangana and Vijayawada in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh.

According to a report by news agency IANS, the new generation Vande Bharat Express train between Secunderabad and Vijayawada will start from the new year.

The exact date of the launch of Vande Bharat Express train between Secunderabad and Vijayawada is yet to be finalised. The date will be announced after the railway authorities complete track upgradation.&nbsp;

Secunderabad to Vijayawada Vande Bharat Express Train will likely run via Kazipet route.

This will be the first such indigenously-built semi high-speed rail in South Central Railway (SCR) and the second in south India. The first Vande Bharat in south India was launched between Chennai and Mysuru in November.

The report said that the Ministry of Railways has given approval for Vande Bharat train on Secunderabad-Vijayawada route.

Senior BJP leader and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy is keen to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi for launching the new Vande Bharat Express train between Secunderabad and Vijayawada. Reddy is a Lok Sabha MP from Secunderabad.

The report said that Indian Railways has plans to extend Secunderabad - Vijayawada Vande Bharat Express train to Visakhapatnam. The route extension will likely be done in February 2023.

A proposal to&nbsp;run Vanda Bharat Express between Secunderabad and Tirupati is also pending before Indian Railways.&nbsp;

The first Vande Bharat Express train was flagged off on the New Delhi-Kanpur-Allahabad-Varanasi route on February 15, 2019.

The Vande Bharat Express can run up to a maximum commercial speed of 160 kmph. Currently, the train on Secunderabad-Vijayawada track via Kazipet can run at a maximum speed of 130 kmph.

The Vande Bharat Express has travel classes like Shatabdi Train, but with a better travel experience for passengers.

IRFC has outperformed the benchmark indices over the past one month, soaring more than 45 per cent compared to a nearly 4 per cent rise in Sensex and Nifty.&nbsp;The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 19.30 on 20 June 2022.

Half of the issue size has been reserved for qualified institutional investors, 35 per cent for retail investors and the remaining 15 per cent for non-institutional investors. Investors can bid for 25 shares and in multiples thereof.

The initial public offering (IPO) is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 14,481,942 equity shares by promoter group entities and existing investors. Those offering shares in the OFS are promoter group entities -- The Karan Soni 2018 CG-NG Nevada Trust, The Meher Soni 2018 CG-NG Nevada Trust, Pamela Soni -- and investors -- Ashoka Investment Holdings Ltd and Ambadevi Mauritius Holding Ltd.

Since the IPO would be entirely an OFS, the company will not receive any proceeds from the public issue.

Ahead of the IPO, the company said that it raised Rs 251 crore from anchor investors. The company has decided to allot 43.44 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 577 apiece, aggregating the transaction size to Rs 250.68 crore, according to a public notice uploaded on BSE's website.

Nomura, Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, Invesco MF, Mahindra MF, Carnelian Capital, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company are among the anchor investors.

This would be the company's third attempt to go public. Earlier, Uniparts had filed its IPO papers with Sebi in December 2018 and in September 2014. It also obtained the regulator's clearance to launch the IPO on the two occasions but did not go ahead with the initial share sale.

Uniparts India is a global manufacturer of engineered systems and solutions. It is one of the leading suppliers of systems and components for the off-highway market in agriculture and construction, forestry and mining and aftermarket sectors on account of its presence across over 25 countries. 
It is a concept-to-supply player of precision products for off-highway vehicles with a presence across the value chain. The company's product portfolio includes core product verticals of 3-point linkage systems and precision machined parts as well as adjacent product verticals of power take-off, fabrications and hydraulic cylinders or components thereof.
