Voting to begin on April 19
The voting is scheduled to start on April 19 and the results are to be declared on June 4, according to the ECI.
Lok Sabha elections 2024 Phase 1
The first phase of voting, covering 21 states and Union Territories, will be carried out on April 19. It will fill as many as 102 seats across Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Jammu and Kashmir, Lakshadweep, and Puducherry.
Lok Sabha elections 2024 Phase 2
The second phase of elections, spanning 13 states and UTs, will take place on April 26. It will cover 89 constituencies in Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Rajasthan, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Jammu and Kashmir.
Lok Sabha elections 2024 Phase 3
The third phase of polling, to fill a total of 94 seats in 12 states and UTs, will take place on May 7. These constituencies are in Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, and Jammu and Kashmir.
Lok Sabha elections 2024 Phase 4
The fourth phase of polling is scheduled for May 20. It will cover 96 constituencies in 10 states and UTs: Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Jammu and Kashmir.
Lok Sabha elections 2024 Phase 5
The fifth phase, to fill 49 seats in Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh, is slated to take place on May 25.
Lok Sabha elections 2024 Phase 6
The sixth phase of elections will be carried out on May 25. This phase will fill 57 seats in Bihar, Haryana, Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and the NCT of Delhi.
Lok Sabha elections 2024 Phase 7
The seventh and final phase of elections is scheduled to take place on June 1. It will cover as many as 57 seats in eight states and UTs: Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Chandigarh.
