LDC recruitment 2018: The Quality Assurance Establishment of Defence Ministry has invited application from eligible candidates for the post of Clerk.
Department of Defence Production, Quality Assurance Establishment (Military Explosives) of Defence Ministry has invited application for the post of clerk from eligible candidates. "Applications are invited for the post "Lower Division Clerk" under Sportsman Quota from the Citizens of India who are fulfilling requisite qualifications..", it said in a notification.
The recruitment is under sportsman quota (Volleyball).
a) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from any recognized Board or University
b) Skill Test Norms on Computer: English Typing @35 words per minute or Hindi typing @30 words per minute (Time allowed - 10 minutes)
c) Sportsmen who have represented in any of the:
(i) A State or the Country in the National or International Competition in Volleyball
(ii) University in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in Volleyball,
(iii) State Schools Team in the National Sports/Games for Schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation in Volleyball
(iv) Sportsman who has been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive in Volleyball
Pre-revised in PB-I (Rs 5200-20200+GP Rs 1900) plus allowance as admissible from time to time
Group and Classification: Group 'C' Non-Gazetted, Ministerial
The maximum age limit is 27 years. There is no relaxation for any category of candidates.
