Jewar Airport impact: EROS Group invests Rs 125 crore to push affordable housing in Greater Noida
On account of Jewar Airport and Aqua Line metro connectivity, the EROS Group has decided to invest Rs 125 crore in the affordable housing sector in Greater Noida West.
Sensing the rise in demand for affordable housing after the revival of the Jewar Airport and Aqua Line metro connectivity, the EROS Group launched 2nd phase Sampoornam I in Sector 2 at Greater Noida West on 1st May 2019. The new phase is all set to redefine the affordable housing space in the region. Initially Sampoornam I will have 4 towers and 258 apartments in total ranging 835 – 1560 sq ft. In phase 1 of the project, the EROS Group is investing 125 cr and assuring delivery until 2023. Located at the 130-meter road, EROS Sampoornam I is well connected with the metro corridor of upcoming Aqua Line from sector 51, Noida to Knowledge Park 5. The location of the plot offers 100 and 24-meter wide road for internal connectivity. The best part of the project is 2.75 FSI that means low density in the society proposed by the EROS Group.
Speaking on the development Avneesh Sood, Director, Eros Group said, “Revival of Jewar International Airport and Aqua line metro is going to create the proper environment for the push in affordable housing in near three to four years in Greater Noida. EROS has been around for more than 70 years and we have a legacy of providing the highest quality and excellence in our products. So, we thought of providing better quality affordable houses to meet the new demand coming in into the region. This new Sampoornam I project is a testament to that. We have always believed that our customers deserve a little more and that’s what we have put in Sampoornam I.” He said that in Phase I of the project EROS Group is investing Rs 125 crore to complete the first four towers of the affordable housing project.

The proposed apartments of EROS Group will be designed similar to the Sampoornam but will also include additional features like; wooden flooring, modular kitchens, luxury bathroom fittings, video door phones and even free open parking. Other features of the project include plush interiors, amenities like manicured common spaces, jogging tracks, children’s play area, yoga pavilion, Tennis & Basketball courts, 3-tier security, power, and water available at all times. Green landscaping, ample parking space, rainwater harvesting and STP make the project a world-class housing society. The proposed project would be connected with Sampoornam project that has 10 and 11 towers in 1st and 2nd phase respectively, a total of 1768 apartments. EROS has sold almost all these apartments, few are left under ready to move in and as many as 1200 families have moved in.
