Speaking on the Delta Corp share price outlook, Mudit Goel, Senior Research Analyst at SMC said, "Delta Corp share price has already appreciated. But, one should hold the stock maintaining the stop-loss at Rs 154 for the immediate target of Rs 170."

In the international market, precious yellow metal is trading above $1,754.88 per ounce mark, which is around 1.02 per cent higher from its Wednesday close. But, we have witnessed a sharp appreciation in gold price in the physical market, which is due to the rise in demand led by the upcoming marriage season in India. So, these two are the major triggers for the gold price rally at MCX."

Gupta said that the gold price has broken the $1,750 per ounce hurdle in the international market and now if it manages to sustain above this level, then it will soon showcase $1,780 to $1,800 per ounce levels in next one to two months. At MCX, he expected Rs 48,000 per 10 gm gold price in the same one to two month time period.

NPS account: The National Pension System (NPS) is a voluntary retirement scheme that allows an investor to invest in both debt and equity with a single window. What they need is to choose the ratio in which their debt and equity exposure will exist. Till 31st March, 2021, it didn't matter where you opened an NPS account. But, from 1st April 2021, you should choose your fund house carefully while opening your NPS account. Because from 1st April, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has allowed pension fund managers to charge more. The PFRDA has approved a slab that is on the basis of fund houses' AUM (Asset Under Management).

NPS charges slab 
The PFRDA has set it at 0.09 per cent for AUM up to Rs 10,000 crore. PFMs with AUM from Rs 10,001 crore to Rs 50,000 crore will be allowed to charge fees up to 0.06 per cent. Those with AUM from Rs 50,001 crore to Rs 150,000 crore will be allowed to charge fees up to 0.05 per cent. Finally, PFMs with AUM above Rs 150,000 crore will be allowed to charge a maximum fee of 0.03 per cent.

On how this new NPS charges slab will impact NPS account holders, Manikaran Singhal, Founder at goodmoneying.com said, "From 1st April 2021, NPS account holders will have to fish out more money for their pension managers' charges. However, they can contain these charges by choosing their fund houses, which have higher AUM."

Singhal advised those who want to open NPS account to pick their fund house from HDFC, UTI, SBI, etc. that have higher AUM. He said that higher AUM would mean lower AUM charges for the NPS account holders from 1st April 2021.

Speaking on the factors to look at while buying a top up health plan Pankaj Mathpal, Managing Director at Optima Money Managers said, "While buying a top up health plan, one needs to look at the deductible limit and how it is applied very carefully. There are top up health policies that apply deductible limits once in a financial year while some of the companies offering top up health insurance apply deductible clauses every time the claim is raised." Mathpal advised buyers to go for the super top up plans that apply deductible clauses once in a policy year.

On the basis of deductible limit clauses there are two types of top up plans — top up and super top us. The top up health plans come with a sum insured and a deductible limit. When the claims exceed the deductible limit, the excess claim is paid by the insurance company. If the deductible limit is Rs 2 lakh, then in that case up to Rs 2 lakh has to be paid by the insurance holder while rest of the money has to be paid by the insurance companies. In case of a top up plan, insurance companies won't pay till one's medical bill doesn't go beyond Rs 2 lakh. But, in the case of super top up health plans, if one has availed a claim once in a year then the deductible limit won't get applied in the next claim in the same financial year. In that case, the entire bill has to be paid by the health insurance company.

Asking investors to buy both base plan and super top up plan from the same company; Kartik Jhaveri, Director — Wealth Management at Transcend Consultants said, "It's better to get both base health plan and super top up plan from the same company. It helps documentation simply and most importantly, if the hospital is on the panel of the base plan, it will be on the panel of the super top up plan too. Having two plans from two companies not only makes documentation a difficult task, there is double checking whether the hospital is on the panel of both insurance companies or not."

Top-up health insurance policies are those that help an insured person to get coverage beyond the base policy. Most importantly, if the investor buys a top plan, its premiums are much lesser than the regular base health plan.

Furthermore, Yes Bank has shown positive crossover on the daily chart which adds more bullishness to the price of Yes Bank, says Sumeet. Based on the above technical structure, Sumeet is expecting an upside move in the counter up to the level of Rs 17.50 to Rs 18 levels with the support of Rs 12.50."

Sharing major levels visible at daily chart of the Yes Bank shares; SEBI registered technical equity analyst Simi Bhaumik said, "Yes Bank share price has currently strong support at Rs 12.50 and those who have Yes Bank shares in their portfolio must maintain the stop loss at Rs 12.50 and wait for the trend reversal or bounceback."

Bhaumik said that Yes Bank share price has an immediate hurdle at Rs 18 and once it breaks this level it may showcase Rs 20 and Rs 22 levels in the coming trade sessions. But, she also advised Yes Bank share holders to come out of their position if the Rs 12.50 stop loss triggers.

Gold Price Today 07-04-2021: Gold price yesterday surged Rs 566 or 1.25 per cent in the intraday trade at Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) and closed at Rs 45,915 per 10 gm. In the international market too, Gold price today has shot up $8.43 and hit 1,736.88 per ounce. According to commodity experts, gold price is expected to remain bullish as the yellow metal is getting support from the weak dollar and lowering US bond yield in the international market. Apart from this, rising inflation due to therise in oil prices is also aiding the gold price rally. They said that the precious yellow metal has strong resistance at $1,745 to $1,750 levels and once it breaks this level it may go up to $1,780 to $1,800 per ounce levels. In the MCX terms, gold price in that case will go up to Rs 48,000 per 10 gm.

Speaking on the gold price rally and major triggers involved in this yellow metal shine Jigar Dharamshi, Sr. Manager at Motilal Oswal said, "Gold rally is expeted to continue till gold price is above Rs 45,000 per 10 gm. In the international market, gold price rally is caused by weak US Dollar (USD) and lowering US Bond Yield. So, this rally in the gold price is mainly from the international markets and hence we can expect these reasons to continue for the next week and we can expect the gold price to hit $1,800 to $1,820 per ounce provided it breaks its immediate hurdle at $1,745 to $1,750 per ounce levels."

Standing in sync with Jigar Dharamshi of Motilal Oswal; Anujn Gupta, Vice President — Commodities &amp; Currrencies at IIFL Securities said, "Overall Gold Price sentiment is positive and every dip should be seen as a buying opportunity. Gold price in the international market is facing resistance at around $1,750 per ounce levels and once it breaks this level, it will soon hit $1,800 per ounce mark. At MCX, we can expect gold price to go up to Rs 48,000 per 10 gm by the end of June expiry." Gupta advised gold buyers to accumulate on every big dip in the gold price.

For today, traders can buy gold at Rs 45,700 levels with the stop loss of Rs 45, 400 for the target of Rs 46,400, said Anuj Gupta of IIFL Securities.

Home Loan EMI Calculator: The State Bank of India (SBI) has increased its home loan interest rate from the old concessional rate of 6.70 per cent to 6.95 per cent. The largest Indian commercial bank website - sbi.co.in - has confirmed that SBI home loan interest rate begins from 6.95 per cent per annum and the rates have become effective from 1st April 2021. The bank also made it clear that there will be no processing fee waiver, which means now from 1st April, 2021, SBI has started charging 0.40 per cent plus taxes on the net home loan amount as processing fee.

So, it becomes important for the SBI home loan borrower to know how much extra he or she will have to repay in one's home loan EMI. So, if someone has taken SBI home loan worth Rs 50 lakh for tenure of 15 years in the previous month at 6.70 per cent per annum, then in that case, the monthly EMI will be Rs 44,107. During this previous arrangement, the home loan borrower had to pay Rs 29,39,257 as total interest over the loan term i.e. total payments made by the borrower will be Rs 79,39,257.

In this new home loan interest rate regime, a home loan borrower will pay Rs 30,64,317 as loan interest amount over the period of loan repayment and the net payment made by the home loan borrower will be Rs 80,64,317.

Apart from this, the borrower will have to pay Rs 0.40 per cent of Rs 50 lakh i.e. Rs 20,000 as processing fee at the beginning of the loan.
