The Twitter handle of Trinamool Congress appears to be hacked, news agency ANI reported. The logo and name of the party's main official Twitter account were found changed. The name of the account was seen as 'Yuga Labs'.
TMC's spokesperson Derek O'Brien said that the party's official Twitter handle had been 'compromised'.
He said that the party is in touch with Twitter to address the issue.
"The official Twitter handle of the All India Trinamool Congress has been compromised.
"We are in touch with officials from Twitter who are working to rectify the issue. They have assured us of prompt action," O'Brien said.
