Home Loan: After the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) cut the repo rate early this month, a lot of banks are following in the central bank's footsteps by cutting interest rates on their loans. LIC Housing Finance is the latest of them as the company today (Friday, April 25, 2025) reduced interest rates on home loans by 25 basis points. Now bank customers can get home loans at a starting rate of 8 per cent. The new interest rates are applicable from April 24.
