Flexible workspace provider WeWork India has on Tuesday, April 23, announced the expansion of their operations in the country by signing lease agreements for two new buildings - HQ27 in Gurugram and Amanora Crest in Pune. Scheduled to open in the next couple of months, both the buildings are strategically located in key business hubs.

WeWork has said that HQ27 is located in the heart of Gurugram’s MG Road market, and offers over 96,000 sq. ft. of designed workspace spread across three floors.Â
It has over 1,480 desks and amenities like wellness room, Chai Point, Game Lounge, and conferencing facilities.
Its location between IFFCO Chowk and HUDA City Centre Metro Stations aids connectivity, with landmarks like Galleria Market, The Westin, and Fortis Hospital closeby.

Amanora Crest is situated within Pune’s largest mall complex - Amanora Mall, offering over 87,000 sq. ft. of workspace.Â
It has over 1,700 desks and amenities like a Community Bar, conference rooms, and phone booths.
Its location within the Amanora Mall conveniently offers a diverse range of dining and entertainment options that are readily accessible to employees and visitors.Â
