DA HIKE, PENSION NEWS: As a result, the dearness allowance of government employees has increased from 31% to 34%.
DA Hike, Pension News: According to a latest tweet by CMO Odisha @CMO_Odisha, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has approved the proposal to increase dearness allowance of state government employees by 3%.

As a result, the dearness allowance of government employees has increased from 31% to 34%.
It has been implemented retrospectively from 1 January 2022.

Moreover, the TI of pensioners drawing pension at the revised rate has also been increased by 3%.
The employees and pensioners will be paid the current month's salary and the arrears separately from January 2022 to August 2022.
ସଂଶୋଧିତ ହାରରେ ପେନ୍ସନ ପାଉଥିବା ପେନ୍ସନଭୋଗୀମାନଙ୍କ ଟି.ଆଇରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ୩% ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ ପେନ୍ସନଭୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ଚଳିତ ମାସର ଦରମାରେ ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ଭତ୍ତା ସହ ୨୦୨୨ ଜାନୁଆରୀରୁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବକେୟା ଭତ୍ତା ଅଲଗା ଭାବେ ଦିଆଯିବ। ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ୪ ଲକ୍ଷ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ୩.୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ପେନସନଭୋଗୀ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ।

This will benefit 4 lakh employees and 3.5 lakh pensioners of the state government.
The Odisha government on Monday announced a three per cent hike in dearness allowance for its employees and pensioners.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved the proposal for increasing DA from 31 per cent to 34 per cent, effective from January 1, 2022, an official release said.
Four lakh employees and 3.5 lakh pensioners will be benefitted.
The arrears of DA for the months from January to August will be disbursed separately, the release said.
