TCS Dividend 2024 Record Date, TCS Q4 Results 2024 Date: India's largest information technology services company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is expected to recommend final final dividend for its shareholders soon. According to an exchange filing, the board of directors of the company will meet soon to consider dividend and financial results. TCS, a blue chip IT company, has informed exchanges that the board of directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, inter alia to -

- Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the year ending March 31, 2024

- Recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting.
