M&M dividend 2023: Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) on Friday announced a dividend of Rs 16.25 per ordinary share — a 325 per cent payout given the face value of Rs 5 per share. "Recommendation of a Dividend of Rs.16.25 (325%) per Ordinary (Equity) Share of the face value of Rs.5 each," the company's regulatory filing said.
M&M Q4 results
M&M reported a standalone net profit of Rs 1,549 crore for the quarter ended March 2023, missing analysts' estimates. The quarterly net profit marked an increase of 22.1 per cent compared with the corresponding period a year ago. Click here to read more
