L&T Finance dividend: Board announces Rs2/share payout

L&T Finance dividend 2023: L&T Finance Holdings on Thursday recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of a face value Rs 10 per share for the financial year 2022-23. "Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on June 08, 2023 has, inter alia, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per Equity Share (face value Rs. 10 per share) for the financial year 2022-23," the company's regulatory filing said. 

L&T Finance dividend payment date 

If approved by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), the dividend will be credited within 30 days from the date of the AGM, the company's communique read.
