ATF Price cut: The new rates will be applicable from today, 1 December (Thursday).
ATF Price cut: There is a piece of relief for airlines as Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have slashed the ATF (Aviation Turbine Fuel) prices. Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) released revised rates on Thursday, 1 December.
The price of jet fuel in Delhi has been reduced from Rs 1.21 lakh per kiloliter to Rs 1.17 lakh per kiloliter. The new rates will be applicable from today, 1 December (Thursday).
Jet fuel prices in Metros (Rupees/Kl) for Domestic Airlines: Delhi: Rs 117,587.64, Mumbai- Rs 116,505.24, Kolkata - Rs 124,359.83; Chennai - Rs 122,220.59 per kilolitre.
ATF prices in Metros (Dollars/Kl) for Domestic Airlines on International Run: Delhi - $ 1,084.19; Kolkata - $ 1,123.10; Mumbai - $ 1,081.05 and Chennai - 1,079.65
Rates differ from state to state depending on the incidence of local taxes.
In another related development, the prices for both commercial and domestic LPG cylinders remained unchanged today, December 1.
