Universus Photo Imaging share price: Imaging equipment manufacturer, Universus Photo Imagings Ltd’s share price has seen a decline of more than 17 per cent after its announcement of dividend.
Shareholders are not happy with the company’s announcement of Rs 10 dividend per share and that is reflected on the share price. The total amount of dividend decided is Rs 13 crores. As of 2:30 pm, Universus Photo Imagings Ltd’s share price was trading in red on both the exchanges. 
On BSE, the stock was priced at Rs 585.50 apiece which is down 17.83 per cent. On NSE, the share was priced at Rs 591.95 apiece which is 17.47 per cent. 
The total revenue of June quarter 2022 was Rs 12.89 crores. The company recorded a net profit of Rs 4.85 crore.
In the month ending March the company had Rs 380 crore in Mutual funds. In FY 22, the company had received a dividend from JPF Netherlands BV of around Rs 463 crores.

The name of the company was changed to Jindal Photo Imaging Limited and then again to Universus Photo Imagings Limited. The Company has state of the Art Plant facility for manufacturing of X-Ray Films and Other products at Dadra (Union Territory-Dadra and Nagar Haveli)
