Tata Group to merge Vistara with Air India by March 2024

Singapore Airlines on Nov 29 announced that Vistara will be merged with Tata group-owned Air India. As part of the transaction, Singapore Airlines Ltd (SIA) will also invest Rs 2,058.5 crore in Air India.
