During his two-day visit to Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday laid the foundation stone and dedicated various projects worth more than Rs 3,400 crore in Surat. While addressing the public meeting in Surat, PM Modi gave the mantra of 4P. PM Modi said, "In the early decades of this century, when there was talk of 3-P, i.e., Public, Private, Partnership in the world, then I used to say that Surat is an example of 4-P, i.e., People, Public, Private, Partnership. This model makes Surat special."
