HFCs, NBFCs, and MFIs caught in rate hike spiral

After enjoying lower borrowing cost scenario for several years, the change in interest rate cycle has resulted in a higher borrowing cost for HFCs and MFIs, prompting them to hike interest rates, a Crisil report said.
