The year 2018 has been a mixed bag for Bollywood, which witnessed some unexpected results while experiencing jolts on the front where it bet really big. Films like Badhaai Ho, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, brought enigmatic success, while mega budget film like Thugs of Hindostan, showcasing superstars like Amitabh Bachhan and Aamir Khan, flopped on the box office in the very first week.
