UPSC recruitment 2018: Union Public Service Commission has invited online recruitment applications for required posts in Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. There are 21 posts vacant to be filled by UPSC recruitment process. Among 21 posts, 3 seats are reserved for Physically Challenged Persons viz Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor Disability / Cerebral Palsy with disability. The posts are permanent. The criteria and eligiblity in each department may vary accordingly. Here are the details of vacancy-:

Posts to be filled

Assistant Agricultural Marketing Adviser (Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare)

Seats-: 5 (OBC-1, UR-4)

Essential Qualifications:- A Masters Degree in Agriculture including one or more disciplines.

Experience:- Three years experience in the field of Agricultural Marketing including Cooperative Marketing.

Age :- 40 years

Pay Scale:- Level-11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC

Economic Officer (Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare)

Seats-: 1 (ST-1)

Essential Qualifications:- Post graduate degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics from a recognised University / Institute.

Experience-: Not required

Age:- 35 years

Pay Scale:- Level-7 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC

Assistant Director (Cost) (Ministry of Finance)

Seats-: 10 (SC-2, OBC-3, UR-5)

Essential Qualifications:- A qualification recognized for enrollment in the Register of Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Experience:- Not required

Age:- 35 years

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC

Senior Artist (Ministry of Information & Broadcasting)

Seats:- 5 (OBC-1, UR-4)

Essential Qualifications:- Degree or Diploma in Fine Art or Commercial Art from a recognized University / Institution or equivalent.

Experience:- Two years’ experience of Commercial Art in an advertising agency or a firm of standing or a Government Organization OR three years’ experience in layout work in colour, black & white including preparation of illustrations, designs, etc. for magazines, pamphlets, folders.

Age:- 30 years

Pay Scale: Level-7 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC
