Total Dhamaal box office collection: Film critic and trade analyst Sumit Kadel has said that the film is seeing an impressive opening at the single screens and have registered an occupancy of 30 per cent in multiplexes.
Total Dhamaal Box Office Collection: Indra Kumar's multi-starrer Total Dhamaal released on Friday. The film is the third installment of the Dhamaal series. Starring Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, and Boman Irani in lead roles, Total Dhamaal has registered impressive occupancy of around 30 per cent in the early shows and is expected to earn in double digits on Friday.
Film critic and trade analyst Sumit Kadel has said that the film is seeing an impressive opening at the single screens and have registered an occupancy of 30 per cent in multiplexes. "Total Dhamaal has opened well at the box office with the occupancy of approx 30% in morning shows. Advance for the day is looking good specially in Single screen at mass belts. The film may earn around Rs 14-15 crore on the first day," said Kadel.
Kadel said that Total Dhamaal is being released on 3200-3500 screens across India and will replace Gully Boy not only on the majority of the single screens but also in the multiplexes.
Total Dhamaal has been produced at a budget of around Rs 100 crore. Film critic and trade analyst Akshaye Rathi said Total Dhamaal is an expensive film and added that this kind of film works well in the country. "Kids will enjoy, masses will enjoy and the film is expected to do phenomenally well in tier 2 and tier 3 cities as well as in metro cities. It looks like a very universal film," Rathi told Zee Business online.

Ajay Devgn has decided against releasing Total Dhamaal in Pakistan after the Pulwama terror attack. "In light of the current situation the team of Total Dhamaal has decided to not release the film in Pakistan," Devgn tweeted.
