Persistent Systems: The company has acquired Herald Technologies Inc, a start-up in the US. The enterprise value payable for the acquisition of 100 per cent shares of Herald is US$ 5.2 million.

Vodafone Idea Limited: The telecom major has raised Rs 1,500 crore fund through non-convertible debentures on private placement basis. The NCDs have a maturity period of 5 years and have been offered an interest rate of 10.9 per cent per annum.

VST Tillers Tractors Ltd.: The company has sold 1646 power tillers, which was high by 1.1 per cent in August 2018. Similarly, it also sold 517 tractors.
