Today for entire trading session, the Indian stock markets was trading in red, BSE Sensex ended at 33,847.23 down by 287.15 points or 0.84%.
Where as on the other hand Nifty ended at 10,146.80 down by 98.45 points or 0.96%.
Top gainers on BSE Sensex were IndusInd bank ended at Rs 1480 per piece high by 2.62%, HDFC at Rs 1689.90 per piece up by 1.79%, Yes bank at Rs 213.65 per piece up by 1.26%, Bajaj Auto at Rs 2586.40 per piece up by 1.16% and Power grid at Rs 190.95 per piece up by 1.01%.
Top losers on BSE were Asian Paints finishing at Rs 1138.80 per piece low by 5.21% , Sun pharma at Rs 576.30 per piece low by 5.07%, Wipro at Rs 309.30 per piece down by 3.93%, TCS at Rs 1844.15 per piece low by 3.05% and Infosys at Rs 657.85 per piece down by 3.01%.

14:30 PM:  In the announcement of Q2FY19 results Bajaj Finance posted consolidated profit of Rs 923.47 crore witnessing 54% growth on yearly basis compared to Rs 597.87 crore profit recorded last year in the same quarter. 
However, currently the company is trading at Rs 2090.40 per piece low by Rs 28.05 or 1.32% at around 1522 hrs.

11:20 AM: Paint stocks emerged as worst performer with Kansai Narolac Paints touching an all time low of Rs 356.80 resulting in overall drop of 8.4%, something which can be blamed to its Q2FY19 performance.  
In the financial result of Q2FY19, it is noted that, the company has shown drop of 15.65% in net profit to Rs 121.99 crore. The net profit stood at Rs 144.63 crore a year ago same period. 
However, total income from operations of Kansai came in at Rs 1,307.87 up by 10.97% for Q2FY19 as compared to Rs 1,178.54 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
However, Kansai is currently trading at Rs 359.75 per piece lower by Rs 29.90 or 7.67% at around 1118 hrs.
11:00 AM: : Asian paints has emerged as a worst performer on exchange today. The shares are trading at Rs 1152.40 per piece, down by 49.05 or 4.08% at around 1017 hrs. The company has appointed Manish Choksi as a Non - Executive Director on Monday.

The net profit stood at Rs 144.63 crore a year ago same period.  However, total income from operations of Kansai came in at Rs 1,307.87 up by 10.97% for Q2FY19 as compared to Rs 1,178.54 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. However, Kansai is currently trading at Rs 359.75 per piece lower by Rs 29.90 or 7.67% at around 1118 hrs. 11:00 AM: : Asian paints has emerged as a worst performer on exchange today. The shares are trading at Rs 1152.40 per piece, down by 49.05 or 4.08% at around 1017 hrs.
