Indian Railways alert: Trains cancelled due to Cyclone Fani, operational reasons - Full list

Indian Railways today announced the cancellation of a number of trains because of Cyclone Fani and other operational reasons. Keeping in mind the safety and security of train passengers in view of Cyclone FANI, Railways had earlier cancelled 107 trains from May 1 to May 3, 2019. Later, 40 more trains were cancelled on different days. On Sunday, the Northern Railway had cancelled about 287 trains passing through the East Coast Railway zone after damage to infrastructure due to Cyclone Fani, including Puri-Haridwar Utkal Express and Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express, railways said.

"Due to operational reason, The 14014 Anand ViharTerminal- Sultanpur Sadbhavna  Express Train journey commencing on 06.05.2019 has been cancelled. Consequently, the 14013 Sultanpur  - Anand ViharTerminal Sadbhavna  Express Train journey commencing on 07.05.2019 will also remain cancelled," Northern Railway spokesperson Deepak Kumar said today. "Due to Cyclone, the 12802 New Delhi-Puri Purushottam Express Train, journey commencing on 07.05.2019 will remain cancelled," he added. 

Trains cancelled due to operational reasons

14014 Anand ViharTerminal- Sultanpur Sadbhavna  Express Train journey commencing on 06.05.2019 has been cancelled.
14013 Sultanpur - Anand ViharTerminal Sadbhavna  Express Train journey commencing on 07.05.2019 will also remain cancelled.

Trains cancelled due to cyclone

12802 New Delhi - Puri Purushottam Express Train, journey commencing on 07.05.2019 will remain cancelled.
22823 Bhubaneswar - New Delhi Rajdhani Express and 12815 Puri - Anand Vihar Terminal Nandan Kanan Express trains journey commencing on 06.05.2019 will remain cancelled.
12816 Anand Vihar Terminal - Puri Nandan Kanan Express train journey commencing on 08.05.2019 will also remain cancelled.

Earlier, due to Cyclone, 12875 Puri-Anand Vihar Terminal Neelanchal Express, 18477 Puri-Haridwar Utkal Express, 12801 Puri-New Delhi Purushottam Express and 22415 Vishakapatnam-New Delhi AP Express trains (all incoming Trains towards Delhi) journey commencing on 05.05.2019 were cancelled.
