Indian Navy Recruitment 2019: 3,000 fresh jobs, last date today - Here's how to apply

Indian Navy Recruitment 2019: Indian Navy has issued a recruitment notification inviting applications for the post of Sailor for FEB 2020 Batch Course Commencing in February next year. The application process was started on June 28, 2019. The last date for submission of the application form is today (July 10, 2019). The applicants should apply in the prescribed format before the last date of submission of the application.

The candidates should go through the official notification before applying for the posts. The applicants have to make sure that they have all the requisite educational qualifications and experience for these jobs. They have to follow the instructions given in the official notification while applying for these posts. The candidates who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria, their application will not be accepted.

Vacancy details:
Sailor (Senior Secondary Recruit - SSR): 2,500 posts
Sailor (Artificer Apprentice - AA): 500 posts

Eligibility criteria:
Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR): The candidates should be at least class 12 pass with Maths and Physics and should have studied one of these subjects:- Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science from any recognised Board.
Artificer Apprentice (AA): The candidates should be at least class 12 pass with at least 60 percent marks in aggregate with Maths, Physics and one of these subjects:-Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science.

Selection process:
The selection will be on the basis of the candidates' performance in Computer-based Examination, subject to qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in Medical Examinations.
