Petrol-Diesel Prices Today, April 3: Everyday, people eagerly wait for the reduction in prices of petrol and diesel. This is because oil marketing companies (OMCs) in India revise these prices every morning. However, according to the latest data, fuel prices remained unchanged on Wednesday, April 3.
Last time, the government oil companies changed the prices of petrol and diesel was on March 14. On that day, fuel prices were reduced by up to Rs 2 per litre. Prior to that, the prices were changed in May 2022.
Following the Rs 2 per litre price drop on March 14, petrol prices in New Delhi dropped from Rs 96.72 to Rs 94.72 per litre.
As of April 3, 2024, the price of diesel in the Capital is Rs 87.62 per litre.
After falling by Rs 2 per litre, prices in Mumbai dropped to Rs 104.21 from Rs 106.31. However, it remains above the Rs 100 mark.
As of April 3, the price of diesel in Mumbai is Rs 92.15 per litre.

OMCs update petrol and diesel prices every day at 6 am. Companies like Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and Indian Oil Corporation release these prices on their websites, allowing consumers to easily check those prices online.
