Finally, Jet Airways chief Naresh Goyal quits
Updated: March 25, 2019 16:48 pm
Jet Airways' Chairman Naresh Goyal and his wife stepped down from the airliner's board on Monday. This comes in wake of the financial crisis at Jet Airways that saw its flights reduced drastically in an attempt to stay afloat. From Tatas to Etihad, those corporates interested in buying Jet Airways had been insisting that they would not step in to save the airliner till Naresh Goyal quit. Goyal's exit should pave the way for a return to stability, if everything works out well for lenders, employees and the new buyers.
