Snapdeal's Deal Mela sales begin; HDFC, Axis banks give 10% instant discount

E-commerce player Snapdeal today launched its 'Deals Mela' sale, providing heavy discount right from clothing line to smartphone. The sale will be available till February 25, 2018.

HDFC Bank and Axis Bank both are giving 10% instant discount on different smartphones, if a customer makes payment via their debit or credit cards.

On Snapdeal, smartphones are available at a starting price of Rs 2,499 in this sale, which has kept in check the low-budget category smartphone users.

Let's have a look on the smartphone deals.

Panasonic Eluga I3 Mega having 3GB ram and 4000 mAh battery power, is available at Rs 6,999 from their market price of Rs 6,999, while a brand called as iVooMi Me3s is priced at Rs 6,499 from its earlier price of Rs 7,800.

iVooMi Me3s comes as a best option for customers, as it has features like 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage. As for camera, the phone offers 13 mega pixel as primary and 8 mega pixel as front camera. The battery power is also good at 3000 mAh life.

Phone companies like Karbonn, Swipe, Xolo and Micromax are also offering discounts.

A Karbonn Aura Note Play with 2GB was available at Rs 5,999, having discount of Rs 2,291 from previous market price of Rs 8,290.

In Swipe brand, there were two phones namely Konnect Power with 4G Volte and Neo Power offering 4G services with heavy discounts.

Swipe Konnect Power is priced at Rs 3,999 from previous Rs 5,499, whereas the Neo Power is available at Rs 2,499 from its earlier price of Rs 4,299.

Xolo ERA 2 had Rs 1,500 off and was available at Rs 3,799 from previous market price of Rs 5,299. This phone is packed with 8GB internal storage and works on 4G network. Its front and primary camera both are 5 mega pixel.

Meanwhile, Micromax's Canvas 5LITE Q462 with Rs 2000 off is priced at Rs 4,499 from previous Rs 6,499, while another model Bharat 2 Ultra (4G, 4GB) was available at Rs 2,899 from its earlier market price of Rs 3,750.

Apart from this, there were 10% discount provided by HDFC Bank and Axis Bank cards for men's clothing line under transaction Rs 999. Three T-shirt combos and somewhat 6000 options available in apparels.

Products like Indian attire, electronics and shoes also had 10% instant discount on usage of HDFC Bank and Axis Bank cards. These products are being offered up to 70% discount on Snapdeal.

Women apparels have 10% instant discount on usage of State Bank of India (SBI) cards, on a starting price of Rs 99. More than 10,000 options are available in this section.

However, before using the HDFC Bank and Axis Bank card, here's a list terms & conditions that a customer should remember.

HDFC Bank

• 10% instant discount using HDFC Bank Credit Cards
• Offer valid on the transactions done on the Snapdeal Mobile Application and the website https://www.snapdeal.com during the offer period

• The minimum transaction amount to avail the Offer is Rs 2,500/-
• There is no restriction on the maximum number of transactions but the maximum discount available per card is Rs 750
