After SBI, ICICI Bank trims it's home loan rate

Private lender ICICI Bank has cut its home loan rates by 15 basis points.

For women borrower taking loan upto Rs 75 lakh, the new rate will be available at 9.15% from 9.30%.

While others can now opt for a home loan at a revised rate of 9.20% from its earlier rate of 9.35%.

The bank's entire floating rate in regards to home loan is benchmarked to 1 year MCLR of 8.95%.

Recently, SBI has also made similar cuts in their interest rate for home loans.

Shares of ICICI Bank is trading at Rs 270.55 on BSE, down by Rs 1.30 or 0.48%.
