The Maharashtra government has digitized 6 more services of Regional Transport Office (RTO). These services are related to driving licence and RC. What are these services? How will these services work? Zee Business Ekta Suri's report.
Ekta Suri said that Maharashtra Transport Department has 118 services, out of which 80 services are faceless i.e. digital. Now 6 more new services have been added to the list of these online services, for which you will not have to go to the RTO office. These services are related to your driving licence and your RC, she added.
These six services include - driving licence renewal, address change in driving licence, duplicate copy of driving licence, change address in RC, duplicate copy RC and NOC for transferring driving licence to another state.

How will these services work?
Step 1: Visit the website - sarathi.parivahan.gov.in
Step 2: Select state, option available on the homepage.
Step 3: Select 'Maharashtra'
Step 4: A list of 'Contactless Licence Services' will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Select your concern option.
Step 6: Fill in the required details
Step 7: Click submit.
Note: For any changes, Aadhaar Card is mandatory.
