British government loses Article 50 court case

England`s High Court ruled on Thursday that the British government requires parliamentary approval to trigger the process of exiting the European Union.

The court granted the government permission to appeal against the ruling and a government lawyer said the Supreme Court had set aside December 5-8 to hear the matter.
