India Vs Nepal Asian Games Men's T20I 2023 Highlights: India played against Nepal in the first quarterfinal of the Men's T20I event in the ongoing Asian Games 2023, winning the match by 23 runs with youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal scoring a brilliant ton and Avesh Khan and Ravi Bishnoi taking three wickets each. The young Indian side led by Ruturaj Gaikwad faced the Nepali side at Pingfeng Campus Cricket Field in Hangzhou, China. This is the first time the Indian Cricket Team will be taking part in the continental event.
Match Recap: Earlier, India won the toss and chose to bat first. India had a great start at the top given by their captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and along with youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal who scored a brilliant ton in just 49 balls. India had a middle-order collapse but was stabilised by Shivam Dube and Rinku Singh who managed to set a target of 203 in 20 overs. India restricted the Nepali side to 179 runs in those 20 overs and lost nine wickets in the process. Avesh Khan and Ravi Bishnoi took three wickets each for India as India comfortably reached the semi-finals winning the match by 23 runs.
