According to the company's draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), Prosus invested nearly Rs 9,055 crore ($1.07 billion) in the online food platform and made Rs 26,927 crore ($3.2 billion) in IPO, thus netting a $2.12 billion profit from its investment.
As per Macquarie, the company's QC is more complex, with no sustainable economic profits. Expects the group's EBIT breakeven in FY28E even with 23 per cent core revenue CAGR.

The IPO will be open for bidding for three trading days ending November 8, with shares priced between Rs 371 and Rs 390.
