Indiabulls Housing Finance shares fell nearly five percent on BSE after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at the company's Delhi offices. The ED's action is part of a Prevention of Money Laundering Act case, and raids were also carried out at M3M Realty. Meanwhile, the company approved a public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures worth Rs 100 crore.
