What is a semiconductor chip really? A semiconductor chip is a small piece of silicon containing electronic circuitry that performs various functions. Made up of millions of tiny electronic components, such as transistors, diodes and resistors, semiconductor chips are designed meticulously to perform a host of specific tasks.
The semiconductor manufacturing plants will also bring with it several job opportunities in Gujarat and Assam and will be a landmark in India's Atmanirbhar efforts.
