HCL Tech opens delivery centre at Adelaide

Jobs 2018: IT services firm HCL Technologies today said it expects to hire about 5,000 people this year as part of its 'New Vistas' programme, under which it is setting up centres in smaller cities like Lucknow and Madurai. This, according to the company, will help stem attrition and bring more stability to operations.

HCL Tech: Indian IT company HCL Technologies today said its board has approved up to Rs 4,000 crore buyback plan, involving up to 3.63 crore shares at a price of Rs 1,100 per equity share. The buyback price translates into a 9.4 per cent premium over Thursday's closing price of HCL Tech shares.
