Issue price and lot size
The company has set a price range of Rs 168-171 per share for the IPO. Potential investors can bid for the Digikore Studios IPO stock, under the IPO, in multiples of 800 shares, translating to Rs 1,34,400-1,36,800 per lot.
The company aims to utilise the proceeds from the fresh issuance towards funding its working capital requirements, general corporate purposes, and offer-related expenses.
