Nykaa share bonus announced: Nykaa shares rallied for the second day in a row on Tuesday after the company announced a bonus issue. FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, the parent company of Nykaa, gained over 1% to trade at 1,317.90 on NSE and Rs 1316.50 on BSE. Earlier on Monday, the counter had jumped more than 10% intraday and eventually closed at Rs 1,304 after advancing 2.5%.

The counter has delivered a negative return of around 37% in 2022 so far and almost 44%t from its 52-week high. Nykaa share price 52-week range is Rs 2,573.70 - Rs 1,207.50.

The company, one of the only few online shopping platforms that are in profit, has announced a bonus share ratio. As per the regulatory filing, the company has declared bonus shares in the ratio of 5:1. 

"Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the proportion 5 (Five) fully paid-up Equity Share of ₹ 1/- each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of ₹ 1/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to shareholders’ approval by way of postal ballot," the company said.

The company has fixed November 3, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of determining members eligible for Bonus Equity Shares.

Nykaa, an online marketplace and wellness products, reported a 45% jump in its revenues for the financial year 2021-22.

Nykaa made bumper IPO debut

Nykaa was listed on the share market on November 10, 2021. It made a stellar stock market debut by registering a 78% hike from the issue price of Rs 1,125 per share. Within few hours, it surged by around 12% and hit an all-time high of Rs 2,235 per share.
