Top Infosys executives saw a massive pay rise in the last financial year including former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, who earned around Rs 13 crore in FY18. The total includes the amount received in lieu of notice by Sikka, according to report by Economic Times.
Vishal Sikka pay included nearly Rs 3 crore in lieu of notice and variable pay. The amount includes Rs 6.78 crore on account of exercise of 70,772 restricted stock units during the last fiscal. In FY17, Sikka's compensation was Rs 16.01 crore
2/6The least hike among the company's key managerial personnel was received by UB Pravin Rao, Infosys chief operating officer. Rao got a hike of 5% to Rs 8.22 crore.
3/6Infosys Chief Financial Officer MD Ranganath's salary rose to Rs 7.98 crore in FY18 after he got a hike of 68% in his FY17 salary. On the other hand, Infosys President Mohit Joshi saw his pay rise 52% to Rs 10.31 crore, reports ET.
4/6Ravi Kumar S, the President and Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Infosys received a hike of 36% on his previous year's salary and earned Rs 9.54 crore.
5/6Amidst all the hikes, Infosys director Roopa Kudva’s compensation dropped Rs 97 lakhs from the previous year.
Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw's salary has increased by 12% and Ravi Venkatesan, received a 38% increase in remuneration.
