200% dividend: IRCTC announces March quarter earnings alongwith final dividend, check details
IRCTC dividend: The railway company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 284.2 crore for the quarter ended March 31, up 1.9 per cent on a year-on-year basis.
IRCTC dividend: The board of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per equity share, according to a stock market disclosure. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share that the company announced in November 2023.
"Recommended a final dividend of Rs 4/- per share of face value of Rs 2/- each for the financial year 2023-24 (@200% of the paid-up share capital, subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This final dividend is in addition to the (interim dividend of Rs 2.50/- per share @125% of the paid-up share capital) declared by the Board of Directors in November 2023 and already paid to the shareholders," the company said in a regulatory filing.
IRCTC has also announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024, along with a dividend announcement.

The railway company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 284.2 crore for the quarter ended March 31, up 1.9 per cent on a year-on-year basis.
Its quarterly revenue grew to Rs 1,154.8 crore from Rs 965 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.

Meanwhile, shares of IRCTC closed trading at Rs 1,082.70 each, down 1.6 per cent on BSE today.
