2000% dividend: Gland Pharma announces final dividend alongwith Q4FY24 earnings, check details
Gland Pharma's board of directors on Wednesday, May 22, recommended a final dividend of Rs 20 per equity share for FY24, according to a stock market disclosure. This is subject to the company's shareholders' approval.
"Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20/- (2000%) per equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year 2023-24. The dividend, upon approval by the shareholders, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM)," the company said in a BSE filing.
"The record date for the 46th Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend, if approved by shareholders will be Friday, August 16, 2024," it added.
Meanwhile, shares of Gland Pharma closed at Rs 1,795.5 per share, down 0.26 per cent on BSE on Wednesday, May 22.
