Bharat Forge dividend: The board recommends Rs 6.50 dividend, check payment date and other details

Bharat Forge Q4 dividend: The board of directors of Bharat Forge on Wednesday, May 8, proposed a final dividend of Rs 6.50 per equity share for FY24, according to a stock market disclosure. If the dividend is approved, the company will pay it on August 14.

In a BSE filing, the company's board said, "Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs 2/- each (at the rate of 325%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, if approved by members, will be paid on or after August 14, 2024."

Bharat Forge has also posted its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024, along with dividend announcement.

Meanwhile, shares of Bharat Forge were trading at Rs 1,257.15 each, up 1.37 per cent on BSE today, May 8 at 1.09 PM.

Bharat Forge registered a consolidated net profit of Rs 227.1 crore for the quarter ended March 31, up 77.8 per cent on a year-on-year basis, according to a regulatory filing.

Its revenue grew 14.7 per cent to Rs 4,164.2 crore for the quarter under review. Read more here
