The interested candidates can apply for relevant posts till November 02, 2020. The University has invited applications for many posts, including Security official, Statistical Assistant, Public Relation Officer (PRO), Upper Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk, Multi-Tasking Staff, Assistant Engineer, Medical Officer, Private Secretary, Personal Assistant and Lab Assistant through different advertisements. 

Educational Qualification: 

Public Relation Officer (PRO): At least 55% marks in master's degree in journalism from any recognized university and minimum working experience of five years in journalism and related fields. 

Statistical Assistant:  Master's degree in statistics 

Personal Assistant: Three Years experience in relevant field and typing speed of 100 word per minute. 

Science Assistant: Bachelors degree in science or three-year diploma in the same subject 

Medical Officer: MBBS and five years' work experience in the relevant field 

Private secretary:  Bachelors degree along with three years' work experience in relevant field. 

7th Pay Commission Salary: The candidates who will be selected for these posts will receive remuneration as per 7th Central Pay Commission (7th CPC) matrix. 

Age Limit: The age limit for general category has been fixed at 30 to 40 years for different posts. Reserved category candidates will be entitled for relaxation in their age as per the set government’s norms. 

Application fee: Candidates belonging to general and OBC categories will have to pay Rs 750 and aspirants from EWS, SC, ST, PWD categories and female candidates will have to pay RS 100 as application fee. 

Selection Criteria: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of written exam and Interview.

How to Apply? 

The candidate willing to apply for the aforesaid posts will have to make online application through the university's website: mgcub.ac.in along with soft copies of the required documents. Once online application is submitted, the candidate will have to send hard copies of the documents at the University’s address mentioned in the notification.
