PM Kisan Yojana: A government scheme for farmers was started in December 2018. It is a central sector scheme under which farmers receive an income support of Rs 6,000 yearly in three equal installments of Rs 2,000.
The 17th installment is expected to come in June-July 2024.
Here's what farmers must do to receive their 17th installment.

e-KYC
1/5The upcoming 17th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will only be given to those farmers who have completed their e-KYC.

Biometric verification
2/5If you cannot use Aadhaar OTP, you can opt for 'Biometric Verification'.

Active mobile number
3/5Farmers are required to keep their mobile number activated which is linked with their Aadhaar card.

Take CSC help
4/5If you are unable to complete the eKYC process, you can visit your nearest CSC center.

Confirmation
5/5After completing eKYC, you can check your eKYC status on the PM Kisan Portal.
