Baaghi 2 box office collection day 7 saw a fall in the earnings of this massive Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani hit film, but it was not so big as to raise a concern. Baaghi 2 box office collection faces a new challenge in cinemas now. Irrfan Khan and Kirti Kulhari starrer Blackmail has been released and it is in the comedy genre. Baaghi 2 of course is an action thriller. However, there may be a small threat for Tiger as the public has increasingly tuned in to comedies over the recent months as is discernible from their box office success. But, as far as predictions go, Blackmail is expected to earn in the vicinity of Rs 3-4 cr on day 1. It is limited by the number of cinemas it is releasing in, which is 1861 screens across the globe with 1550 being in India and 311 abroad.

What Baaghi 2 makers must be looking forward to with confidence is the looming weekend. With the movie doing very well during the weekdays, the coming holidays may well push Baaghi 2 box office collection back into or near double digit region. That should set it up for the next week's challenge, which is to reach the Rs 150 cr mark.

Tiger Shroff has already thanked his fans for the great success of the movie. Taking to Twitter, the actor had posted a clip in which he said, "I just wanted to thank you all for all the love and support you've given me and the whole team of 'Baaghi 2' It just feels so surreal and I feel like I`m still dreaming because this was really something that I could never even dream of in my wildest dreams or even dare to dream of."
