1. The company's net profit for the October to December quarter of FY17 fell by 46.11% to Rs 98.14 crore as against Rs 182.11 crore in the October to December quarter of FY16

2. Its total comprehensive income during the period declined by 44.32% to Rs 97.57 crore as against Rs 175.24 crore in the similar period of previous fiscal 

3. Its total expenses during the quarter under review increased by 35.02% to Rs 1,242.13 crore as against Rs 1,911.64 crore in the similar quarter of last fiscal

Real estate developer DLF on Tuesday reported over 46% decline in the consolidated net profit for the third quarter (Q3) of fiscal year 2016-17 (FY17) ended on December 31 last year.

"The real estate company's net profit for the October to December quarter of FY17 fell by 46.11% to Rs 98.14 crore as against Rs 182.11 crore in the October to December quarter of FY16," cited DLF in a filing to the BSE.

Its income from operations during the period decreased by 30.23% to Rs 2,057.92 as compared to Rs 2,949.54 crore in the same period of previous fiscal. 

Besides, its other income during the third quarter declined by 25.01% to Rs 119.98 crore as against Rs 160.10 crore in the third quarter of of FY16.  

The company's total expenses during the quarter under review increased by 35.02% to Rs 1,242.13 crore as against Rs 1,911.64 crore in the similar quarter of last fiscal. 

Its other comprehensive income during the quarter went down by 91.70% to Rs 0.57 crore as compared to Rs 6.87 crore in the similar quarter of earlier fiscal. 

The company's total comprehensive income during the period declined by 44.32% to Rs 97.57 crore as against Rs 175.24 crore in the similar period of previous fiscal.
