Trinamool Congress MP Derek O'Brien condemned the Central government's actions as 'dictatorship' following the arrest of several TMC leaders. O'Brien vowed to continue their protest and fight against what they perceive as unjust treatment. Delhi Police detained TMC leaders during a protest outside the Election Commission of India's office, alleging unethical use of Central Agencies by the central government.
